Can I change my order?

Once we receive your order we get to work on it right away. This means that changes or cancellations are not always possible. You should also know that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed online. With all of this in mind, we still do understand that sometimes you want to ask us to try, so you may contact Customer Service to make a request for a change or cancellation. We will make our best efforts to apply the requested change. If the item ships prior to confirmation of a cancellation or change request, you may return it following our standard return policy - Returns. When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?

We realize that refunds are a priority for our customers. Once we have received and inspected the item we are usually able to apply the refund onto the original payment card within one week. Keep in mind that due to shipping, inspection and bank processing times it sometimes takes up to 30 days from the date that you return the item for the refund to appear on your card. How do I return a product?

If you want to return an item you may do so within 24 hours of receiving the product as long as it is defined as a returnable item. Just contact Customer Service and we will provide pre-paid return labels. We will need your help in packaging up the item, adding the label to the box and making it available for pick up. I have a complaint, who should I speak to?

We want to know immediately when you are unhappy about your experience with Vantra. Please call, chat or email Customer Service right away and we will make our best efforts to address your concern.

What do I do if my product has a problem during the warranty period?

If you experience a problem with any product you purchased from Vantra that offers a warranty, please contact Vantra Customer Service. We will either facilitate a resolution or put you in contact with the manufacturer so that they might assist you directly. Here is more information about our Warranty.

What if I purchase an item and then I see it somewhere else cheaper?

Not to worry! Vantra has a Low-Price Guarantee so there is no reason to hesitate or wait to make your purchase! If you ever find the exact same product advertised for less anywhere, within 15 days of your purchase, please let us know and we will happily match that price. Keep in mind that shipping and handling fees will be taken into consideration. For example, if Vantra offers free shipping and the competitor charges for shipping, then the total price, including shipping, will be matched. Of course, we may require some form of verification of the offer and it must be made by an authorized dealer of the product, following manufacturer pricing guidelines and policies and it must be a stock item. I can't find the item number or price - where do I look?

There may be multiple Product Options to select (such as sizes, colors or finishes). If so, select the "Options" section below the main product image, then click the appropriate thumbnail photo(s) to choose your preferred options. The Item number and the Price for the selected options will now be shown next to the "Add to Cart" button. Call Customer Service if you need assistance.

Why am I being charged shipping when your site says, "Free shipping for orders over INR 5000?"

Free shipping does not apply to certain oversized, fragile or special order items. In addition, for some locations require additional handling fees. When applicable, these charges will be noted on the product page as a Shipping Surcharge.

Does Vantra charge GST?

Vantra is required by law to charge GST on orders that ship to any address anywhere in the world. If GST applies to your order it will be automatically calculated during checkout.


At Vantra, we are committed to our customer satisfaction. For most products on our website, if you don't like it, you may return it within 24 hours of receiving the product for a refund (in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging).

Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected.

The cost of the shipping will be deducted from the credit amount. In other words, you are responsible for the shipping cost of any item you return.

Any expedited shipping charges you paid on the original order are non-refundable.

EXCEPTIONS - We cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been clearly identified as non-returnable on the Product Details Page
  • Products that have been installed or assembled
  • Products that are not in the original condition and packaging
  • Products with unwrapped crystals
  • Products that are Made-to-Order, Custom or Special Order to your specifications
  • Light Bulbs
  • Large quantities of the same product (6 or more)
  • Open-Box items or Clearance merchandise

Before ordering large quantities or special order or custom products we encourage you to ask for as much information as you need - including finish samples etc.

Note that a request to return items totalling more than INR 25000 may incur restocking fees. We reserve the right to apply refunds in the form of a store credit in certain circumstances.

Exchange Policy

  • If you have received a damaged/defective/incorrect product, please get in touch with the customer service by email - within 24 hours of delivery.

  • On receiving Your complaint, Vantra shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Vantra is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Vantra will start initiate the replacement process.


  • Products should be unused.


  • Vantra will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective/incorrect Product through its logistics partner. If Vantra is unable to do so, Vantra will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon consultation with Vantra.


  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.
  • The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by Vantra in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint.

Some more points to be Considered

  • We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, a nominal handling fee will be added during checkout.


  • All orders are shipped within 3 working days of placing the order, and it typically takes another 2 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.
  • The user will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery with the tracking details. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation by the carrier. We shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third party Logistic Partners.


A single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely.
