Return Policy

At Vantra, we are committed to our customer satisfaction. For most products on our website, if you don't like it, you may return it within 24 hours of receiving the product for a refund (in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging).

1. Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected.

2. The cost of the shipping will be deducted from the credit amount. In other words, you are responsible for the shipping cost of any item you return.

3. Any expedited shipping charges you paid on the original order are non-refundable.

EXCEPTIONS - We cannot accept returns of:

1. Products that have been clearly identified as non-returnable on the Product Details Page

2. Products that have been installed or assembled

3. Products that are not in the original condition and packaging

4. Products with unwrapped crystals

5. Products that are Made-to-Order, Custom or Special Order to your specifications

6. Light Bulbs

7. Large quantities of the same product (6 or more)

8. Open-Box items or Clearance merchandise

Before ordering large quantities or special order or custom products we encourage you to ask for as much information as you need - including finish samples etc.

Note that a request to return items totalling more than INR 25000 may incur restocking fees. We reserve the right to apply refunds in the form of a store credit in certain circumstances.

Exchange Policy

Conditions for Exchange:

1. If you have received a damaged/defective/incorrect product, please get in touch with the customer service by email contact@vantra.in - within 24 hours of delivery.

2. On receiving Your complaint, Vantra shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Vantra is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Vantra will start initiate the replacement process.

3.Products should be unused.

 

  • Vantra will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective/incorrect Product through its logistics partner. If Vantra is unable to do so, Vantra will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon consultation with Vantra.

 

  • Conditions for Post-Exchange:

1. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.

2. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.

3. The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by Vantra in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint

Cancellation Policy

Condition:

You can cancel order by mailing us at contact@vantra.in within a 24 hours from time of your order.

 

How can you cancel it?

Go to order page and click on cancel order. Cancel button will appear after payment. We will transfer funds back in your account with in 5-7 working days.
